Asana

  • I was nervous about starting yoga as I wasn’t sure what to expect. I don’t work out or go to the gym or anything like that but Zara made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The class is brilliant and no one is looking at you to see what you can and cannot do. It’s a very relaxing and calming atmosphere. I’ve noticed each week how I can do things better than the week before my balance and strength improves each week. Zara is an amazing teacher and I would recommend this class to others. She is able to lead a class for all levels and abilities, cueing something for everyone and in response to what she sees in the room.   • Luna yoga is fantastic real way of relaxing, switching off and doing exercise.. I haven’t exercised in years after having kids and being outta of the way of it made me so anxious to face a gym or that, I wanted to do something that wasn’t so intense and I have to say this was the best exercise I’ve ever done and getting back to do something for myself again.. Zara is so calming and a fantastic teacher and makes you feel at ease the classes are fantastic and it’s not the same every class it’s always different.
